Deb Hart

Deb Hart joined Maravai in 2021 to head Investor Relations and has more than 20 years investor relations and corporate communications experience working with small- and mid-cap companies, including Entropic and AppliedMicro. She has contributed to a broad spectrum of financing transactions and supported numerous mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Maravai, Deb served as Managing Director at Octane, an organization that convenes and enables the Southern California technology and medical technology business ecosystem. Deb has also worked as Regional Director for a hedge fund representing the firm to investment advisors and family offices. Deb attended San Francisco State University and received a Certificate with Honors from the University of San Diego Paralegal Program.
